Century City is literally a city in the making. This unique, 250 hectare development, which combines residential, offices, retail and leisure components on an on an unprecedented scale in an integrated and beautifully landscaped environment, is being developed along the principles of “New Urbanism”. When completed it will consist of some 1,4 million square metres of built floor space.

Since Rabie Property Group acquired Century City in 2004, we have developed billions of rands of  significant new residential and commercial projects; upgraded and extended the infrastructure both within and external to Century City and opened up many hectares of land for future development.

Going forward, we shall continue working closely with the Century City Property Owners' Association, which represents all stakeholders at Century City,  to ensure that this magnificent asset reaches its full potential, ensuring the ongoing safety and comfort of the thousands of people who live or work here, protecting the ecologically important 16-hectare Intaka Island nature reserve, and enhancing the value of all who have invested in property here.
