Golf

We are proud to have been involved in developing two of the finest golf estates in the Western Cape, Atlantic Beach on the West Coast, and Fernkloof Estate in Hermanus. Both of these estates offer secure living in wonderfully scenic surroundings.

Atlantic Beach Golf Course is a challenging links-style course with fantastic views of Table Mountain, while the Hermanus Golf Course has been extended in the course of developing Fernkloof Estate into a 27-hole course by golf design gurus, Matkovich and Hayes.

We are also responsible for having moved the Strand Golf Club to its current venue, where it has become a hugely popular 18-hole course in this fast-developing seaside town on the shores of False Bay.

Century City offers a new driving range, chipping and putting greens and a clubhouse, which includes a golf shop, coffee shop, lounge and a bar area.

Canoeing

The 8 kilometres of navigable canals at Century City provide an ideal training ground for canoeists. The waterways stretch from Ratanga Junction past Canal Walk before weaving around the tranquil wetlands of Intaka Island to the Waterford office precinct. A clubhouse come multi-purpose hall and a launch pad for the Century City Canoe Club providing access to the 8km of waterways are to be built in the first phase of the 17 000 square Central Park commercial development which is expected to be completed in the first half of 2008.
