On Friday, 26 June 2020, cold and wet weather could not dampen the excitement of welcoming the first residents of Oasis Life Clara Anna Fontein.
Mike and Wendy Rolfe relocated from Plattekloof to be closer to their son and his family, who reside in the Clara Anna Fontein Estate and were the first to receive their keys. Since then, 21 houses have been handed over to residents.

The Clubhouse is nearing completion, its opening scheduled for December 2020.
