Rabie launches new housing development in Burgundy Estate

Junixe, a new development in Burgundy Estate, Milnerton, is Rabie’s fourth launch in the precinct in the last 12 months, with an accumulative capital value of R580m.  This includes the recently launched phase two of Rabie’s retirement development, Oasis Life Burgundy Estate.  Its first phase was completed in September at a capital value of R120m.

“Junixe is a single level housing development, consisting of 96 free standing homes in a secure, gated complex within Burgundy Estate.” says Miguel Rodrigues, Director at Rabie.  “Our last housing development, Brookside, sold out in February 2019, and we’re delighted to be adding more family homes with private gardens to the precinct.”

Since getting involved as a joint venture partner with Nedbank six years ago, Rabie has sold over 1 000 homes totalling more than R1,4-billion at Burgundy Estate.
