Rabie records R1,62bn in residential sales in 2015

Rabie Property Group and its joint venture partners have had a phenomenal year clocking up more than R1,5billion in new residential sales in the first 11 months of 2015.

These include projects at Century City, Burgundy Estate and Clara Anna Fontein in Durbanville. The Century City projects are the Matrix, comprising 51 apartments, Manhattan Quarter consisting of 63 apartments, and most recently Waters Edge.

Furthermore, a plethora of resales have been achieved by Property World at Century City and by the Oasis sales team since the start of 2015. Property World achieved 74 sales totalling R122,7million in the first 11 months of this year while a further 21 sales totalling R61million were achieved at the Oasis Luxury Retirement Resort.

New development sales this year follow the successful sell out of Ashton Park – 147 units – and Mayfair – 136 units – for a grand total of R497m during 2014. And there is more in the pipeline. Watch this space!
