Rabie notches up R550m in sales at Burgundy
Rabie has sold more than R550million of residential property at Burgundy Estate since getting involved as a joint venture partner with Nedbank in early 2015.
The first project, Vermont, consisting of 191 apartments, has now been completed with the entire development having been sold to an investment company for rental stock. These units have been snapped up by tenants and will be fully occupied by June.
Century City launches an Arts Trail for the public
Century City has launched an Arts Trail, initially comprising 24 exhibits, in and around the 250 hectare precinct.
Most of the exhibits are outdoors and range from the Impromptu Pavilion in Century City Square celebrating South Africa’s diversity and its 11 official languages to sculptures by Right Mukore to the Station Walkway and its graffiti artwork welcoming pedestrians from the Century City Station.
