Sable Park awarded 5 Star Green Star rating
Sable Park office development has been awarded a 5 Star Green Star – Office v1.1 Design certification from the Green Building Council of South Africa.
This brings to 19 the number of Green Star rated buildings in Century City and eight the number of 5-Star Green Star rated buildings in the precinct.
The 16 300 square metre Sable Park office development comprises two four storey buildings, the larger of which has been let to Discovery. Being developed by the Rabie Property Group at a cost of R460million, each of the buildings will have two levels of underground parking.
Two exciting new office developments for Century City
Two exciting commercial developments, including new offices for Discovery, are being developed by Rabie Property Group at Century City to meet ongoing demand from those wishing to relocate to this burgeoning precinct.
The first of these developments is Sable Park, which will bring 16 300m² of premium grade offices to the market by end June this year. Sable Park has been registered with the Green Building Council of South Africa aiming for Green Star accreditation. Among its many green attributes is the fact that, as with other buildings in the Bridgeways precinct, recycled effluent is used for the flushing of all toilets and the running air cooling systems.
