The Mayfair, Rabie’s latest residential development at Century City, is ideally located in a tranquil spot just a few minutes’ stroll from Canal Walk Shopping Centre. The development comprises a total of 136 spacious one, two and three-bedroom apartments, all with balconies or terraces overlooking beautifully landscaped internal gardens with water features, streams and meandering walkways.
With limited space for further residential development at Century City, there is growing awareness that time is running out to buy direct from the developer – with no transfer duty – and that buying into this secure, privately-managed precinct is going to cost a lot more in the future.
So it’s not altogether surprising that the 70 apartments of Mayfair Gardens, phase one of this exciting development, sold out in under an hour, and that five days later, all 66 apartments in phase 2, Mayfair Court, followed suit.
