When visiting a Rabie construction site, you might see a blonde ponytail peeping from underneath a hard hat or hear a female voice explain site instructions. Here, we’re all part of the Rabie family and absolutely passionate to get our hands and site boots dirty.
We visited our dynamic dames on site to find out why they love their jobs in the construction industry.

Why I love my job
I love development and construction as, for me, it represents hope and commitment in our future. We are involved in job creation in our country on all levels across the board and it is the most exhilarating feeling to see a building come to life from mere lines we put on a drawing. Nothing compares to it!

Why I love my job
I enjoy the dynamic and transformative nature of the industry. Watching a small idea grow into a reality and being a part of that change is exciting. No two projects are the same, and therefore we are challenged with each job we work on.

Cape Gate Crescent, Brackenfell
Why I love my job
I love the rush of fast-paced deadlines, project planning, client liaison, problem-solving and using materials to build multi-million Rand complexes and housing from the ground up. The instant gratification of seeing your handiwork is a job satisfaction only someone in construction can appreciate.
