Founded in 1978 by Leon Cohen and John Rabie, Rabie is an independent property development company in Cape Town that creates inspiring spaces for people and businesses, emphasising green building and new urbanism. Our residential projects are landmarks in the Western Cape, including gated lifestyle developments in Burgundy Estate, Century City, and Clara Anna Fontein, as well as community-inspired projects in the Northern Suburbs. Notable past developments include Atlantic Beach, Dolphin Beach, Fernkloof Estate, Royal Ascot, Westlake Estate, and Woodbridge Island. In 2018, Rabie launched its retirement brand, Oasis Life.
