2025 IN REVIEW

RABIE ON THE GO – January 2026

As we look back on 2025, it is clear that it was a year of strong momentum for Rabie Property Developers, driven by real demand and continued confidence in our developments.

During the year, we recorded over 700 new development sales with a total value of R2 billion, reflecting solid growth from previous years. When combined with a further R400 million in resales, the numbers paint a clear picture of a market that remains active, resilient, and confident in its continued growth.

Century City

Century City continues to stand out as one of Cape Town’s most in-demand locations. The Bridges has performed exceptionally well, with 194 apartments sold in just a few months and only 19 units remaining in the current phase. With only one final phase still to launch, the development is on track to complete the Ratanga Precinct. Skywater, comprising 122 apartments, has also fully sold out, with the site handed over and construction underway.

Burgundy Estate

In Burgundy Estate, sales have remained just as encouraging. Jardine has entered its final phase, with just four of the original 66 family homes still available. Finwood has already sold more than 60% of Phase 1, leaving just 34 apartments still available, with a further phase to come soon. The area continues to attract a healthy mix of investors and home buyers, drawn by both value and location.

Northern Suburbs and Paarl

Momentum has also carried through to the Northern Suburbs, where Stonepine Crescent now has only nine units remaining in Phase 3. Klein De Koning has sold out all 48 homes, achieving a sales value of more than R105 million. Meanwhile, Le Boutonne, our first development in Paarl, has generated excellent interest since its launch in September 2025, with just three homes out of the 64 remaining in Phase 1 and Phase 2 soon to be launched.

Oasis Life

Our Oasis Life retirement division has also enjoyed an exceptional year, with communities growing, homes being handed over, and residents settling into a truly connected lifestyle. At Oasis Life Constantia, the final residents moved into their new homes in 2025, and the clubhouse has become a vibrant hub, filled with daily activity and community life. Oasis Life Burgundy Estate is now in its final phase of development, with only 21 homes remaining for sale out of a total of 321 across the entire scheme. Oasis Life Sunningdale has been a hive of activity, with ongoing development, sales surpassing the 50% mark, and the final residents scheduled to move in during December this year. Meanwhile, Oasis Life Clara Anna Fontein, our very first Oasis Life development, continues to flourish as a well-established sanctuary where residents are truly enjoying the resort-style lifestyle on offer.

Behind these results are strong market fundamentals. Demand for property in Cape Town remains high, land is increasingly scarce, and interest rates in South Africa have begun to ease, with the potential for further reductions in 2026. This has renewed investor confidence while opening the door for first-time buyers.

Commercial Portfolio

In addition to strong residential performance, momentum continues across our Century City commercial portfolio, with Junxion Park’s 12,000 m² now operating at full occupancy. The opening of the new indoor Padel courts is adding fresh energy to the precinct, while Continuity House is nearly fully let, with leases commencing in September 2026, underlining sustained demand for well-located, high-quality office space.

As we move into the year ahead, 2025 has reinforced what Rabie Property Developers has built over decades: a reputation for quality, trust, and delivery.

With limited opportunities remaining across many of our developments, now is a compelling time to explore what is still available.
