Across our greater Cape Town portfolio, buyers invested well over R2.25 billion in new development sales, showing continued confidence in thoughtfully planned neighbourhoods, quality homes, and locations with proven long-term appeal.
From sold-out launches and exceptional sales performances to construction milestones and residents moving into new homes, it has been a year of significant progress across the Western Cape. As opportunities become increasingly limited across many of our mature neighbourhoods, one trend remains clear: buyers continue to place a premium on quality, location and lasting value.
CENTURY CITY
The Bridges Ph 1 & Ph 2 Sold Out. Final Release Coming Soon.
Century City has enjoyed another exceptional year, with strong sales momentum and major construction progress reinforcing its position as one of Cape Town’s premier mixed-use destinations.
The Bridges continues its remarkable success story, with Buildings 1 and 2 now sold out ahead of the highly anticipated release of the third and final apartment building, the last opportunity to own within Ratanga Park.
Construction at Skywater is progressing steadily, with bulk earthworks, retaining structures, piling and road infrastructure all advancing as this landmark neighbourhood begins to take shape.

Finwood, the estate’s last sectional title release, has already sold over 90% of the currently available homes, highlighting continued demand from both homeowners and investors.
Recently launched, Ashmere represents the final collection of freestanding homes within Burgundy Estate, offering one of the last opportunities to secure a newly built family home.

NORTHERN SUBURBS, WEST COAST & PAARL
Strong Demand Across Every Release
Buyer confidence has remained equally strong across Rabie’s growing portfolio in the Northern Suburbs, West Coast and Paarl.
Le Boutonne in Paarl delivered one of the year’s standout performances, with 80% of Phase 2 homes secured within the first 30 minutes of launch.
Demand also remains exceptionally strong at Oasis Life Sunningdale, where the final homes in Phase 2 are now available ahead of the release of Phase 3 later this year.
At Stonepine Crescent in Kuilsriver, limited homes remain available in the current release as this popular neighbourhood moves towards completion.
