Quinta Estate | Completed in 2023
Quinta Estate was launched in October 2021, following on the success of Bow Tie, which was completed earlier that year.
Situated at the heart of Burgundy Estate, this secure complex is made up of nine low-rise apartment blocks, separated by generous landscaped gardens and green spaces, situated opposite Curro Burgundy. The development has 112 apartments in total, with a common area pool and various braai areas.
Quinta Estate sold out by September 2022, with first handovers commencing November 2022. The last handover is expected to take place at the end of June 2023.
Junixe | Under construction
Junixe consists of 96 free standing homes in a secure gated complex within Burgundy Estate, with 80% sold.
Construction commenced in October 2022 and to date 26 units (phase one) has been completed. Handovers to owners commenced at the beginning of June 2023, with 16 houses handed over.
Construction of phase two is nearing completion with 25 houses and completion of the scheme is estimated for end May 2024.

Rhapsody | Under Construction

Building on the success of two sold-out sectional title developments in the last two years, Rhapsody will be a secure complex consisting of low-rise apartment blocks in a lush green setting. With a communal swimming pool and generous open space, you can leave the rush of the city behind.
Rhapsody will consist of 96 apartments, ranging from one bedroom, one-bathroom units to two-bedroom, two-bathroom units.
Construction commenced in February 2023, with the 32 apartments in phase one estimated for hand-over by end 2023.
