Springfield, a security estate of 72 townhouses all with their own private gardens, has been launched in Burgundy Estate, Cape Town by the Rabie Property Group.

The R145million development includes 16 two bed, two bath simplexes, 35 three bed, two bath simplex homes and 21 three bed 2 ½ bathroom duplexes, many offering stunning mountain views.

Sizes, including balconies and terraces but excluding garages, will range from 93 square metres to 129 square metres with units priced from R1 675 000 to R2 315 000, VAT inclusive.

An internal centralised park will offer residents additional recreational space.

Construction is due to start in the first quarter of 2017 with completion phased from Spring 2017.

This is the third development to be undertaken at Burgundy Estate by Rabie since they joined forces with Nedbank to complete the Burgundy development 18 months ago.
