Opportunities for small office users and investors

Two exciting sectional title office developments aimed at smaller users are currently coming on stream at Century City.

The first of these is the recently completed 5364 square metre Grosvenor Square where 28 of the 37 offices have been sold to date.

Situated on a high visibility site diagonally across the road from a new Intercare Day Surgery Hospital and Primary Care Centre in the sought-after Central Park precinct, Grovenor Square comprises five A-grade low rise buildings set around a picturesque courtyard and offering flexible options from 90 square metres to 400 square metres.

Office suites are being sold for between R20 000 and R22 500, excluding VAT, per square metre. There are also rental opportunities at R155 per square metre.
