Palm Royale, the third and by far the most luxurious high rise block of apartments at the Oasis Luxury Retirement Resort at Century City, has seen a burst of activity in recent weeks with sales to date now topping R106million.
Setting new standards in high-end retirement living and ticking all the boxes for discerning buyers, Palm Royale is taking the market by storm with a further five deals totalling around R20million close to finalisation.
Being developed at a cost of R255million and rapidly rising out of the ground, the 58 sectional title apartments in Palm Royale are selling for between R2,45 million and R8 million.
