Rabie launches two new developments at Burgundy Estate

Rabie Property Group is to launch not one but two new developments at Burgundy Estate, Cape Town this weekend.

The one development, Brookside, will comprise 58 three bedroom two bathroom freestanding homes and the other, Hazelwood, will consist of 126 one, two and three bedroom apartments with the first phase of 54 units now being launched.

Final phase of Avenida now launching at Burgundy Estate

The third and final phase of Avenida, a secure development being undertaken by the Rabie Property Group in Burgundy Estate, launched this weekend.

Phase Three of Avenida will comprise 63 apartments, predominantly two bedroom but with a handful of one bedroom units. One bed apartments are priced from R990 000  and two bedroom units from R1 170 000, VAT inclusive.

Rabie notches up R550m in sales at Burgundy

Rabie has sold more than R550million of residential property at Burgundy Estate since getting involved as a joint venture partner with Nedbank in early 2015.

The first project, Vermont, consisting of 191 apartments, has now been completed with the entire development having been sold to an investment company for rental stock. These units have been snapped up by tenants and will be fully occupied by June.
