Property sales at Century City have continued to pick up with 22 residential properties being sold by Property World, the official on site agency, in July alone. Of these, 12 were development sales and 10 resales.  This brings to 88 the number of sales confirmed by Property World since the start of the year which represents a huge improvement over the same period last year when only 35 sales were recorded. The total value of sales so far this year is R131million against R63million for the same period last year.

The star sales agent in July was Tamarin Smith who was responsible for 14 of the 22 property sales in July and 33 of the sales recorded so far this year. Our heartfelt congratulations go to Tamarin.
