Rabie adds another green building to its tally, bringing its total to ten Green Star rated buildings in Century City.
The Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA) awarded a 4-star Green Star – Office v1.1 Design certification to Sable Corner, situated in the Bridgeways Precinct.
New Regional Offices for Discovery in Century City
There will be new regional offices for Discovery in Century City. A new development of 16 300 square metres of premium grade offices, which will include new regional offices for Discovery, is to be built on a prime gateway site at Century City.
Being developed by the Rabie Property Group at a cost of R460million, Sable Park will comprise two four storey buildings of 8 000 square metres and 8 300 square metres respectively, each with two levels of underground parking.
